Thanks for shopping at Whimsical Whimsies! We want you to love your crafting experience. Because our kits contain consumable art supplies, we have established the following policy:

Returns on Unopened Kits You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return a kit for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). To be eligible for a return, your kit must be unused, unopened, and in the same sealed, original packaging that you received it.

Opened or Used Kits Due to the nature of arts and crafts supplies, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any kits that have been opened, unsealed, or partially used.

Damaged or Missing Supplies? If your kit arrives with dried-out paint, broken brushes, or a damaged canvas, we’ve got you covered! Please email us at whimsical.whimsies.sherrie@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged items, and we will gladly ship you replacement supplies free of charge.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
